Note: While our app requires temporary access to your location to verify your presence at commitment locations, we do not store or retain any location data after verification.

  1. To operate the core accountability service
  2. To process payments through Stripe when commitments are not met
  3. To maintain your achievement progress (points and badges)
  4. To communicate essential service updates
  5. To verify your identity and prevent fraud
  6. To respond to your support requests

Data Storage and Security

  • All data is stored securely in Firebase
  • Payment processing is handled through Stripe's secure platform
  • We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information
  • We do not store your complete credit card information (this is handled by Stripe)

Your Data Rights

  • Access your personal information
  • Update your email address and payment information
  • Delete your account and associated data
  • Request an export of your data
Note: Account deletion and payment method removal require that you have no outstanding payments.

Data Retention

We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. When you delete your account, we will remove all your personal information from our database, except where we need to retain certain information for legal or administrative purposes.

  • Firebase for data storage
  • Stripe for payment processing
